WELCOME and thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the FRU FIT Affordable Fitness family. It's no secret that our workouts are intense.
Our workouts are designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND ALL SIZES. There are NO PREREQUISITES to join the #FruFit family.
We also recognize that everyone has a busy schedule and may struggle to juggle life.
You are able to select any day/time of the week and edit your training schedule at ANY time.
We hope this helps you incorporate your new healthy commitment to self into your busy lifestyle.:-)
We focus on strengthening and toning ALL muscle groups, with an emphasis on fat burning.
Each routine will involve cardio and/or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). All training sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
